Purpose

*The purpose of this proposal is to incorporate the Soul rewards an individual has locked into a Soul bond into their AURA voting power.

This is because these are long-term supporters of the protocol who not only contribute greatly to our long term viability by providing permanent liquidity, but because the locked Soul rewards they have constitute significant stake and interest in the protocol and its longterm viability.
